This hotel offers luxurious amenities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services which fulfilled our exclusive needs for relaxation. the spa center was well-equipped, and the spa lounge had a peaceful atmosphere. the restaurant had a good selection of dishes and we enjoyed the excellent kosher food.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the entertainment. the TV in our room was small and the channel selection was limited.

This hotel is in an excellent location, almost next to a metro station and close to the city center. The room had great facilities including English TV channels and the breakfast was sumptuous. Additionally, all of the staff members, particularly the front office manager and travel concierge were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

Our stay here was very nice, comfortable place for exploring Istanbul. Loved spacious bathroom and television with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe in our twin room. Comfortable atmosphere, the staff was best, we had an early check-in. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

All was fairly clean, I loved nice location and rooms. It was a really nice stay at an amazing hotel with great staff, totally recommend this property.

The staff was welcoming, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city close to the city center and Taksim. Meals here were good and tasty. They made my stay pleasant. Unbeatable location; very early check-in.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff, including the Guest Relations team, were extremely helpful, welcoming, and always friendly. The rooftop bar had great food, drinks, and snacks, and the view of the city was amazing. The lobby area was clean and spacious, and the bedroom was large with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated in the heart of the city center and close to Taksim square. The free shuttle service to Taksim daily was amazing and saved us a lot of money on taxi fares. Special thanks to Tolga and Karya from the Guest Relations team for always being helpful and finding solutions to any problems.

The breakfast is delicious and the staff is professional and friendly, providing excellent service.

City has many attractions nearby, hotel exceeded expectations. Amazing pool and polite, professional staff including Madam Esre who helped organize a boat cruise. Exceptional service from Ahmet, Serdar, Adi, and Dimas. Well-equipped rooms with available shuttle service. Thank you Valida and Peri for making our stay feel like home.

The hotel had a great swimming pool where we could relax and cool off during our Christmas stay. the location was ideal as it was away from the busy streets and we were able to easily take taxis to visit popular tourist spots.

The bed linen in the room was dirty and it seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned. the staff had a habit of entering the room without identifying themselves, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
